3rd Annual Fresh Fest

At our 3rd annual Fresh Fest, we in conjunction with our partners, gifted over 800 kids in the metro Atlanta area with book bags filled with school supplies. We gave away shoes, pants, shirts, hats, bags, reading books, electronics, free food, grocery store gift cards, and more. Our goal is not to just give back but it’s also to create a fun-filled day where kids can get excited about school and inspired by the spirit of giving.

Over $20k in merchandise and food was gifted and it was worth it to see the smiles on families faces.

Thank you to our amazing team, all of our amazing partners, hosts, DJs, artists who performed, sponsors, vendors, and volunteers who donated their time and resources to make this event a success.

1st Annual Fresh Fest

Going back to school is always tough on a lot of families. It also doesn’t help that we are still in the middle of a pandemic. On July 31st, The Scream Foundation partnered with many organizations to present the 1st annual Fresh Fest. Over 200 families drove to the Boys and Girls Club at the West End to receive new clothes, books, masks, and other school items.  Families were able to take pictures, enjoy live music thanks to DJ Relled, eat cool treats courtesy of Frosty Frozen Treats, and receive memories that will last a lifetime.

The 1st annual Fresh Fest was a major success thanks to the community and the many organizations that volunteered their time to help out. The Scream Foundation also received a generous donation from  Plymouth Rock Lodge 86. When it comes to giving back there is no limit as to where The Scream Foundation will go. No matter rain or shine the number one priority is making a difference in someone’s life and bringing the community together.
